- Must be in excess of a New Hampshire Insurance Company or affiliated company.

Coverage can be written either on a monoline or package basis. Coverage is provided on an admitted basis unless otherwise indicated.

HOA/POAGuard is a specialized part of ResortGuard that is designed to insure the special coverage needs of Master Planned community associations and Large Scale Recreational Planned Communities.

This shall not include accounts that are strictly Country Clubs or Camps but if the above are incidental to the overall account, coverage will be considered.
