SB&T Captive Mgt. Co. in Burlington, VT seeks an Accountant – Captive Mgt. to provide complete accounting and regulatory services to a portfolio of captive insurance clients using knowledge of captive insurance. Tax consulting/compliance and research for federal/state income tax compliance, including GAAP/statutory insurance accounting. Prepare/review financial statements and supporting documents. Ensure compliance w/ client/internal financial reporting requirements.  Coordinate annual audit, review draft financial statements. Required: M.S. in Tax/Accounting related w/ exposure to captive insurance.
